01 Enrollment & Admission
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis or after eligibility review to ensure high-quality learning cohorts.
- Applicants must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.
- MannieLytics Ltd. reserves the right to deny admission without explanation to protect program integrity.
02 Course Format & Access
- Applicants may choose between fully online and hybrid formats as per course availability.
- Online access includes recorded lectures, downloadable materials, and live interactive sessions via our LMS.
- In-person attendance may be required for specific hands-on workshops or final assessments.
03 Fees & Payment
- Full payment is due before the course start date unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.
- Refund Policy: A partial refund is available for withdrawals before the registration deadline; no refunds are provided once the cohort begins.
04 Course Completion & Certification
- Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all core modules and Capstone projects.
- A minimum attendance rate of 80% is required to be eligible for certification.
05 Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including videos and code, are proprietary and intended for personal educational use only.
- Students may not record sessions, reproduce, share, or resell any content from MannieLytics workshops.
06 Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected in all interactions—virtual or physical. Plagiarism, disruptive behavior, or harassment will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
08 Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal data solely for administration and career support. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
10 Limitation of Liability
- While we provide career support and networking opportunities, we do not guarantee job placement.
- Students are solely responsible for their own learning outcomes and application of skills learned.
